Through the DNP program, graduates are prepared to leadinter-professional teams, use consultative and leadership skills withintra-professional and inter-professional teams, and take upeffectual communication and collaborative skills in the advance andexecution of practice models. Therefore, DNP graduates should be in aposition to work together in exchanging ideas in an attempt toimprove patient outcomes.
Inthe nursing practice, advanced nursing practice (ANP) is a term thatis used in defining a nursing level that utilizes comprehensiveskills, knowledge, and experience.
