Preparation of members for the first meeting is essential in workingtoward achievement of the purpose of the group. Members can beinformed to provide their opinion regarding the first meeting. Theyneed to understand that they are part of the group, and they need torealize that they are in charge.

The primary agenda will be to enlist new members to the group.Further, there would be introductions to enable members to get toknow each other. It would be an opportunity to make the groupactivities run smoothly with minimal challenges.

Ground Rules
