ASWOT (strength, weakness, opportunities and threats) analysis is aguide that helps an organization to recognize some challenges orstrengths affecting it internally or externally that may be good orbad. It also provides an opportunity for an organization to discovernew ways of handling challenges. Secondly it allows theorganization’s management or staff to recognize prospect fordevelopment thereby giving a way of achieving goals and choice forthe decisions made.

Thirdly,as described in the text book Quality and inHealthcare 6th Ed. by P. For instance, the organization is able to define areas where amendment is possibleand finds immediate ways to tackle them. Reliabilityof an internally conducted Staff Review

Accordingto (Shaw.p.) in his text book Quality and inHealthcare 6th Ed an internal staff performance improvement reviewis intended to accomplish a number of internal activities andpractices of an organization in an incorporated and controlled way. Therefore, in my opinion it expands cooperation and data sharing onperformance practices and undertakings. It also develop substantialefficiency and achievement of complete understanding of the wholeorganization. Again it allows well deployment of available resourceshence output is improved as wastage is minimized.

Onthe other hand, there is a fast and appropriate acquisition of afirst-hand information on advancement and performance levelthroughout the organization’s units. Similarly it minimizes cost ofmanagement in that resource management is achieved. It provides adirect outcomes to relevant stakeholders for consequent actions inthat orderly examination is generated. Finally, it offers a strictfollow-up for combined actions on issues that may require immediateadjustments or improvements.
