ResearchProblem

Accessto quality education is critical for the well-being of the society. It is essential in ensuring that the community always has a pool ofproperly trained personnel who can take care of the natural andartificial resources and ensure everything is running smoothly. Inthe United States, one factor that is considered when measuring thequality of education includes availability of facilities and studentscores in examinations (Hillman, Tandberg &amp Fryar, 2015). Whenstudents get low grades, investigations ought to be conducted todetermine the cause of such performance. Following Hurricane Sandy, many school properties had been destroyed, and normal operations ofthe school halted. Additionally, because of the event, many studentswere shocked, and this caused psychological problems because manyfound it hard to concentrate in a classroom even after the hurricanehad ended and this could have affected their performance.
